Are your Mahjong tiles hand-painted?
Our collections are crafted using two different finishing techniques, depending on the design. Many Beau Bam collections are individually hand-painted to highlight the depth of our engraved artwork, while others feature premium UV printing when finer detail or greater precision is needed. Regardless of the technique, every collection is thoughtfully designed with the same commitment to exceptional craftsmanship and enduring beauty.
Are your tiles engraved?
Yes. Every Beau Bam tile is deeply engraved to create beautiful dimension and a substantial, heirloom-quality feel. Our engravings are designed to enhance both the beauty and longevity of each collection.
What is included with a tile set?
Each Beau Bam tile set includes 160 premium Mahjong tiles, a complimentary tile bag with signature charms, a keepsake booklet, a pair of dice, a dice bag, and our signature presentation box.
Do you accept returns?
Because our collections are produced in limited quantities, all sales are final. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will make it right.
Will colors look exactly the same as they do online?
We do our best to represent every collection as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different from screen to screen, and subtle variations between production runs are a natural part of the manufacturing process and contribute to the unique character of each collection.
Are your collections limited edition?
Our collections are produced in small quantities to maintain the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. While some designs may return in the future, availability is never guaranteed.
When will my order ship?
If your order includes a preorder item, the estimated shipping timeframe will be listed on the product page. In-stock orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during collection launches or holiday periods.
