Our collections are thoughtfully designed and produced in limited quantities. Offering select collections by preorder allows us to carefully plan production while ensuring our customers have the opportunity to reserve pieces from each release.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

What Is a Preorder?

A preorder allows you to reserve an item before it has completed production and is ready to ship.
Your order secures your place in our production schedule and guarantees your item from the collection, subject to successful payment.

Payment

Payment is collected in full at the time your preorder is placed.
Your preorder is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

Estimated Shipping Dates

Estimated shipping windows are provided on each product page for planning purposes only.

Because Beau Bam products are produced in small batches and involve artisan craftsmanship, hand-finishing, quality inspections, and international manufacturing, shipping dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

While we make every effort to meet our projected timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Manufacturing timelines
• Quality control inspections
• Material availability
• International shipping delays
• Customs processing
• Port congestion
• Carrier delays
• Weather events
• Other unforeseen circumstances

Should meaningful delays arise, we will communicate updates via email as they become available.

Changes to Production Timeline

Production schedules may occasionally be adjusted to ensure every Beau Bam collection meets our quality standards.

We believe exceptional craftsmanship is worth waiting for, and we appreciate your patience should additional production time be necessary.

Combined Orders

If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available.

If separate shipments are available and requested, additional shipping charges may apply.

Order Changes

If you need to update your shipping address or contact information after placing your preorder, please contact us as soon as possible.

While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate changes before your order ships, we cannot guarantee modifications once fulfillment has begun.

Cancellations

Because preorder purchases reserve inventory and initiate production planning, preorder orders generally cannot be canceled once they have been placed.

Final Sale

All preorder purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange.
