Order Processing

In-stock orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after your order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking
information.

Please note that processing times are separate from shipping transit times.

Preorders

Many Beau Bam collections are produced in limited quantities and may be offered as preorders.

Estimated shipping windows will be provided on each product page. These dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Because our collections involve artisan craftsmanship, hand-finishing, quality inspections, and international manufacturing, production timelines may occasionally change.

If your preorder shipment is delayed, we will communicate meaningful updates by email as they become available.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and accept these estimated production timelines.

Shipping Methods

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package size, and selected shipping method.

Available shipping carriers may include:

Carrier availability may vary by destination.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location.
Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery timing is the
responsibility of the carrier.

Combined Orders

If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, we may ship the items together once all products are available.

In some cases, we may choose to ship available items separately at our discretion.
If you require separate shipments, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order.
Beau Bam is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will make every reasonable effort to update your address before shipment, we cannot guarantee changes once order processing has begun.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the carrier becomes responsible for delivery.

Beau Bam is not responsible for packages that are:

• Lost in transit
• Delayed by the carrier
• Stolen after delivery
• Delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
  

If your package appears to be delayed or missing, we encourage you to first contact the shipping carrier using your tracking information.

If you need additional assistance, please contact us and we will do our best to help facilitate communication with the carrier.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 days of delivery.
Please include:

• Your order number
  
• A description of the damage
  
• Clear photographs of the product
  
• Photographs of the shipping box and packaging materials
  
• Photographs of the shipping label, if possible

This information helps us work with our shipping partners and determine the most appropriate resolution.
